Dan Edwards – Owner

Dan trained and qualified as an ACCA accountant at a large Kent based accountancy firm. He remained there for 15 years before a 5 year stint as a Director at a top 20 practice, followed by a Partner position at a top 10 practice. Dan has always focused on Owner Managed Businesses as this enabled him to be a part of the solution for them and to make a difference to both the owners and their businesses. Acting for businesses across a range of industries and a range of personal tax clients has given Dan wide ranging experience. He prides himself on applying “real world” factors to every situation to give a truly holistic view.

At Veritons we do not record our time spent on your engagements. We do this for two reasons;

We agree a fixed free upfront – and we stick to it.
You’ll always know what you’re paying, with no hidden extras. Our fees are based on our experience and the quality of work we deliver. They stay fixed for two years, so you can plan with confidence.
Plus, we offer a great client referral scheme where if you refer others to us, you can cut your own costs even further.
